Cooperation for future-proof automation: FEST and BusinessCode pool their expertise
Goslar/Bonn, September 1, 2025 – The companies FEST GmbH, manufacturer of PEM electrolyzers and specialist for industrial electrical engineering & automation solutions, and BusinessCode GmbH, a leading provider of software solutions for logistics and materials management, have agreed on a strategic partnership.
Strategic cooperation for industrial software solutions
The aim of the partnership is to work closely together in the areas of software development, system integration and services for industrial applications. In future, both companies will pool their skills by combining their IT expertise and jointly using and further developing their existing software architectures and functional applications.
A particular focus is on the integration of manufacturing execution systems (MES) with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). By combining know-how and technologies, the aim is to create further solutions that guarantee both efficiency and future-proofing in industrial automation.
Sustainable system maintenance through joint expertise
The agreement also includes the joint provision of maintenance and services, including security updates, system compatibility and ongoing software optimizations. Existing customers, including DHL, Henkel, Novelis and Hellmann, will benefit from a sustained increase in the availability and operational reliability of the systems used.
