FEST realizes 3 MW hydrogen plant for ENTEGA at Darmstadt waste-to-energy plant
On behalf of the regional supplier ENTEGA AG, FEST is taking over the complete implementation of an innovative hydrogen project at the Darmstadt waste-to-energy plant. At the heart of the plant is a powerful
3 MW electrolyzer, supplemented by a trailer filling station, which will make the green hydrogen produced flexibly available in the region and will initially be used for mobility applications in particular from 2027.
Technology meets responsibility
As an experienced technology partner, FEST is responsible for the complete system integration – from planning to implementation and commissioning.
“We are delighted to have ENTEGA at our side as a strong partner who, like us, is actively driving forward the energy transition,” says Pascal Pewinski, Vice President Sales and Business Development at FEST. “This project shows how modern hydrogen technology can be meaningfully integrated into existing structures – and how FEST, as a system provider, is making a significant contribution to implementation.”
