Novelis recognized FEST GmbH’s excellent performance and strong customer focus by presenting it with the Supplier Award.
The certificate, signed by the global Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Steve Fisher, the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), was ceremoniously presented to our Key Account Manager, Andreas Elsner, and our Process Technology Manager, Oliver Dürr, on January 17, 2024 by Procurement Director Gabriella Honti, Capex Sourcing Manager, Martin Bohle, and team colleagues.
At the various Novelis sites, FEST GmbH has for many years demonstrated its consistently excellent engineering skills, creativity in finding solutions, reliability of the hardware and software supplied, fast response times when service is required, flexibility, the courage to try new things and team spirit.
A small excerpt from the scope of services:
- Comprehensive modernization of the control, regulation and drive technology of several automated coil warehouses with a uniform FEST warehouse management system (WMS),
- Renewal of the drive and process technology of various aluminium coating lines, process optimization through KuKa robot use in a slit ring packaging line, retrofit of a cut-to-length shear (Jagenberg-Littell), implementation of coil transport trolleys, etc.
For us, the award is recognition of the commitment of all FEST employees to date and an incentive for the coming years of joint cooperation.
