We are pleased to announce that FEST and BOSCH have signed a framework agreement for cooperation at the Hanover Fair! This agreement forms the basis for the integration of BOSCH PEM electrolysis stacks into FEST GmbH electrolyzers. The PEM stacks from BOSCH and the industrial experience of FEST form the technological basis for the highly efficient electrolysis systems in standardized container design from FEST GmbH.
Following the PEM electrolysers (gEL400/2 MW, gEL600/3 MW) that have already been put into operation several times internationally, FEST GmbH is now producing the first electrolyser to be supplied with integrated BOSCH PEM stacks in the 1.25 MW class for industrial hydrogen production. In the third quarter of this year, FEST will offer the gEL1000, also developed in compact container design with 5 MW output, to the hydrogen market – the first cascadable 5 MW PEM electrolyzer from German production with German PEM stacks of the BOSCH brand.
This sets the course for providing our national and international customers with the best possible support in the future with high-quality electrolysis systems “Made in Germany” for the development of a decentralized hydrogen infrastructure. The aim is to create hydrogen capacities of up to 100 MW of electrical power.
A strong connection with a shared mission

FEST’s expertise as a successful system integrator with a focus on the decentralized expansion of hydrogen infrastructure and from several electrolysis plants that have already been implemented internationally is now being combined with BOSCH’s comprehensive technological know-how. The result is a strong connection for the common goal of advancing the production of green hydrogen and thus making an important contribution to a sustainable energy economy.
We are delighted with this collaboration and look forward to a successful future together!
