On April 1, FEST took over the employees, orders, certificates and inventory of Koppe Apperatebau GmbH from Vienenburg as the ‘FEST Apperatebau’ division.
To further expand our market position in the Process Automation & IT business fields and the hydrogen technology business field, the employees, orders, certificates and inventory of Koppe Apparatebau GmbH were transferred to FEST GmbH as the ‘FEST Apparatebau’ division as of April 1, 2023 by means of an asset deal.
FEST GmbH takes over the existing orders of Koppe Apparatebau GmbH. The location in Goslar – Vienenburg will remain at the known address. We assure you that you will continue to receive the services and products you are familiar with.
FEST GmbH will be responsible for all orders and services from 01.04.2023 and will invoice them after delivery, and will also be happy to accept new orders.
